At JuaviC Hair Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering premium-quality wigs and hair products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please carefully review our Refund & Returns Policy before initiating a return request.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Lace must not be cut or damaged.
- Hair must not be colored, bleached, styled, or chemically processed.
- Item must be in its original packaging with tags, hair net, inserts, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, any item that shows signs of use may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized wigs
- Clearance or discounted items
- Accessories (wig caps, combs, brushes, bands, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Products damaged by misuse or improper care
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the item
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@juavichair.com
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping the item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Eligible exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- JuaviC Hair Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipping has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
